Staying in our static homes affords a more private stay. All our rates include a complimentary breakfast to ensure you’re set up for the day every day to make the most of Oxwich Beach and the local area!
Each static home is dog-friendly and fully equipped with a living area, dining table and chairs, kitchenette, bathroom with power shower, and central heating. Bed linen and towels are provided, and all homes are serviced daily.
STATIC HOMES 1 TO 4
Our Static Homes 1 – 4 have a double bedroom (with hotel mattress), and a separate small twin room with narrow single beds.
There is also a pull-out bed in the living room.
Sleeps: Up to 6 people max.
All of our static homes include:
- Living area with dining table and chairs
- Kitchenette (kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, small oven with two hobs, crockery, cutlery and utensils).
- Tea & coffee making facilities and biscuits
- Bathroom with power shower
- Central heating
- Bed linen and towels
- Serviced daily

STATIC HOMES 5 TO 8
These static homes have a slightly more spacious living and dining area, and contain a larger main double bedroom (with hotel mattress) and a separate twin room with narrow single beds.
There is also a pull-out bed in the living room.
Sleeps: Up to 6 people max.
All of our static homes include:

STATIC HOMES 9 & 10
These static homes contain a double bedroom (with hotel mattress) and two separate twin rooms with two narrow single beds in each.
Please note the double bedroom is smaller in size compared with Static Homes 5 to 8 due to the extra twin rooms.
There is also a pull-out bed in the living room.
Sleeps: Up to 8 people max.

For our static homes:
Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10.30am.
Our static homes are situated a short walk from the hotel, and just 200 yards from Oxwich Bay Beach.
Our static homes are all dog-friendly! For our dog charges, please see our Booking T&Cs.
Additional capacity can be accommodated by utilising the pull out bed in the living area, (please note this is not a full width double bed, and has a sofa bed mattress). Please note that whilst the bed in the main bedroom has a hotel mattress, the twin beds have standard static home mattresses, and the beds are narrow and may not be suitable for large or tall adults.
